The online course is a 12 week (90 day) program that meets once a week online using Zoom. The format is informal and relaxed, however, there is homework and some reading required for success. Students are encouraged to interact and ask questions specific to their individual needs.
Each week, we cover one hour of material designed to inform you to make the most optimal health and wellness choices, based on the latest science. In addition, there is homework assigned for the week, which includes specific action items, reading assignments, and/or watching/listening to online material.
Between classes, there is a group chat forum available to ask questions and provide encouragement and support. Students can also email the instructor at any time. You have virtually unlimited access to the instructor for 90 days.
The course material is very comprehensive, covering all aspects of health and wellness, from diet and nutrition, to sleep and circadian rhythm, to mindfulness and meditation.
